Brandon’s fossil walks are outstanding. He has an amazing gift for spotting fossils and his walks are educational, productive and excellent value. I always seek Brandon’s assistance when I am in Dorset, to make the most of any opportunities with collecting and through enjoyment of his excellent company and guidance. I would wholeheartedly recommend his walks.

Brandon does amazing fossil walks and always spends time with each fossil hunter, discussing what they have found and how to preserve them. He also does amazing fossil preparation work, all by hand. Working with fossils for 30 Years he really knows his Onions (on his allotment) and his fossils on his patch of the coast. I thoroughly recommend his fossil walks and his affordably priced items for sale which are direct from the source. Matt

Family fossil walks with Brandon are second to none. Highly recommend anyone staying in lyme regis to attend one of these trips

Fantastic Fossil Photos On Instagram .

A few weeks ago i joined Instagram.This is a service that allows users to share pictures and videos either publicly or privately.A good number of "fossilists"have shared some wonderful photographs of their fossil finds on Instagram.
Recently i uploaded an ammonite nodule,i had found when out fossil collecting.The fossil is filmed with the round part of the nodule showing in my hand.I then flip the stone over to reveal the ammonite inside the stone.I stipulate in the video description that" i can`t believe its flipping Thursday already."Its certainly true the weeks just fly by these days.The ammonite flipping phase certainly seems to be growing on Instagram every Thursday.If the trend continues in the next weeks the Fossil Flip Thursday Hashtag should see a lot more entries.
I have told people that flipping your fossil over a bed or cushion is good practice.Luckily so far i have managed to catch all my fossil specimens.Please follow us on Instagram @brandonfossils and you can see all our fossil videos there.The video directly below this text is one of the nodules that i have also shared on YouTube for people to view.
