Fossil Walk Online Terms And Conditions
You can book a private fossil walk with us online.We have the following terms and conditions.When you ask to book our private walk this will be a fossil collecting trip just for your group for up to two hours duration(tide permitting).As its your walk for your group to some extent you can ask to have the walk tailored to your requirements.When you ask to book a private walk we will need your name and E-mail address(your phone number is optional).The information will be entered into our fossil walk book to make your reservation.
You pay for the walk in advance so you have your walk date reserved for your group.The most suitable way you can pay for our private walks is with a bank transfer.We can give you our bank details you can use to pay us by bank transfer.You can ask for our address and pay by cheque.You may wish to pay by Paypal(there is an extra £8 handling fee with Paypal payments).If you wish to cancel our service you`ve arranged online or over the phone you get a 14 day cooling-off period.A consumer may cancel a distance contract enetered into with a trader via the traders website at anytime within a 14 day cancellation period.

No child under the age of 16 is allowed on the fossil walk unless they are accompanied by an adult.The best age for fossil collecting is 5 years old and upwards.There is rough terrain in places which may not be suitable for younger children.For all the further details go to our fossil walks page and read our E-mail signature.
